This is an online digital Power of Attorney between Teach Me Brokering, LLC (Agent) and "Company"(Principal), where the Company is referred to as the company that Teach Me Brokering, LLC, is acting on behalf of.
Your company will be referenced throughout this online form as "Company, " and Teach Me Brokering, LLC will be referenced as TMB.
Company has agreed to let TMB act on behalf of the Company to prepare documents for the Company, sign documents for the Company, create accounts for the Company, file documents with the Company’s state, file documents with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, prepare insurance documents, and create or prepare any other documentation that TMB need to complete your project.
The Company agrees that all information the Company will provide to TMB is correct and true, with no errors.
The Company agrees to hold TMB harmless for anything that results in the Company giving TMB inaccurate or not true information.
The Company agrees that it is its sole responsibility to ensure that all information is correct and true before providing it to TMB.
If the Company has a photoshoot with TMB, TMB will not sell or distribute the Company's pictures or videos to anyone without the Company's written consent. If the Company has In-Person, Hands-On Training at any TMB facility, TMB may use the Company's photos or videos across TMB websites, social media accounts, and advertisements to solely bring awareness to the TMB brand.
* TMB does not sell insurance; we prepare the documents for BMC 84 and BMC 85 and send them to our partners for quotes. Because of our partnerships with insurance companies, we can offer low rates.
Note: The federal government does not provide refunds. After we file for your authority or anything with the government, we cannot get a refund for it. Please make sure you give us the correct information. After we file any documents with the state, we may be able to file an amendment depending on how long it has been. If TMB has to change anything because you did not provide the correct information, there will be a $250 fee, plus city, state, county, or government fees to make the changes. Please make sure all information is correct before submitting any form.
If the Company has a balance after TMB completes the Company's project(s), the Company agrees to settle all balances with TMB immediately. TMB reserves the right to report all outstanding balances to credit reporting and collection agencies. TMB also reserves the right to remove, cancel, or delete any service, document, online course, or anything else the Company has for non-payment.
TMB offers the following services to its customers. Some services have a monthly or yearly fee.
TMB will sign up and pay for software services only once; the company will be responsible for all monthly fees. TMB will contact the Company in enough time for the Company to prepare.
TMB often adds new services and products, which may not be listed when you complete this online form or document. The same terms and conditions will apply to all services and products TMB provides, even if they are not listed on this online form or document.
